My Baylor fraternity brother Michael Lindsay has been doing great things for awhile now, but today he showed up in my inbox! I subscribe to Catalyst Monthly and the December 2007 edition has an article from Michael in it!
I scrolled down and his face was right there staring at me. It was an excerpt from his book Faith in the Halls of Power on evangelicals in leadership -- way to go Michael! Michael is now a professor at Rice University (view his bio).

Kids Bike Riding
Boy, do I miss writing on this blog -- I've got to try to make more time for it.
Anyway, Collin has been riding his bike on two wheels now since this Spring -- I meant to write about it here but . . . . We got a really good tip that helped Collin and I wanted to pass along that really helped us -- start off riding downhill! It helps them not have to pedal and they can focus on keeping their balance. It worked like a charm for Collin.
What made me think about this now was a video from DadLabs.com about bike riding. I like the site because they are encouraging participation in parenting from Dads and they're from Texas.
